We build and run production AI systems inside real businesses, and we stay engaged with them for years. That takes a senior, multidisciplinary bench: engineers, designers, product and delivery people, growth, and the operators who keep it all running. We hire deliberately and we expect a lot.

What working here looks like

  • Small teams. Two to four people per engagement, including you. You own real surface area, not a slice of someone else's.
  • Long client relationships. You work with the same clients for years, not weeks, and you see what you build actually run.
  • A high bar, held honestly. We care about the quality of the work and how you think about hard problems, not hours logged.
  • Hybrid schedule, U.S.-anchored hours. Time together when it matters, focus time when it does not.
  • No pyramids. You are the person doing the work, not a layer of management above someone junior.
