What this is for

You have read the AI announcements. You have sat through the vendor demos. You suspect there is real leverage somewhere in your business, but the path from "we should be using AI" to "this is how we use it on Monday" is unclear.

Discovery is for that gap. It is a fixed-scope, two-week engagement that ends with a written diagnosis you can act on. We do not sell discovery to fill time. We sell it because every successful engagement we have ever run started with one.

What we do in two weeks

  • Week one, embed. A senior engineer and an analyst sit with the teams in scope. We watch the work, read the queue, map the systems, and interview operators and leadership separately.
  • Week two, diagnose. We synthesize. Current-state map, integration audit, an honest list of three to five intervention opportunities, sized by impact and lift. Then we write it down.

If you have already started. AI Readiness Audit

For teams who already have something running and want a second opinion: same structure, narrower scope. We assess what you have built against production criteria, evals, observability, identity, integration hygiene, drift, and tell you what to fix, what to keep, and what to retire.

What you will have at the end

  • A current-state diagram of the in-scope systems and data flow.
  • Three to five intervention opportunities, ranked by impact and lift.
  • A recommendation on which to build first, framed against P&L.
  • An honest assessment of what is not worth doing yet.
  • If you want to keep going, a project plan and proposal for Phase 02.
The cheapest, most useful thing we sell. Most of our long-term retainers start here.
