Internal Tools & Reporting

Operator copilots and dashboards your team actually opens, built for the people doing the work, not for executive screenshots.

What this is for

The dashboard nobody opens. The internal app that lost its champion. The Salesforce view that everyone exports to Excel anyway. There is a layer of operational software inside every business that is technically present and effectively absent.

We build the version that gets used. Then we measure whether it gets used. Then we rebuild it if it does not.

Common shapes

  • Operator copilots. A small AI assistant inside the tool the team already lives in, recommending the next action, surfacing the missing context.
  • Decision dashboards. Not "metrics walls." A dashboard built around a specific recurring decision: who to call this week, what to reorder, which deals are slipping.
  • Internal CRUD apps. The thing your team is currently doing in a shared spreadsheet.
  • Reporting that ends in a recommendation. Every report we build closes with "so, do this", generated from the data, reviewed by a human.

Build philosophy

Boring, fast, opinionated. We use React, a typed API, your existing auth, and a small Postgres next to your warehouse. We do not introduce a tool zoo. We do not build internal apps in tools that will cost you more to migrate off of than to rebuild.
